This class is for everyone!*

You don't have to be a current student, its open to all. It is a class has been specifically designed to build up Strength, no matter what you do and condition your body for fitness and endurance. A fantastic all over body workout adjusted for all levels of fitness. 

For Pole dancers and Aerialist this class is to help build the Strength you need to conquer those tricky moves you are struggling with and condition your body to transform into a machine! Maybe you want to take things to the next level training.. or compete.

After committing to this class consistently; you will have buns of steel, abs to die for, toned and defined arms and killer legs! 


**Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or Aerial experience necessary.
